went back to visit the humanz tutors for probably the last time in my life (ok, at least for a few mths)... not tt i'm bursting w GRATITUDE - as pau says i shud be- for their devoted teaching... but still felt kinda nostalgic sitting in lt5 n listening to the same old talk barnard gave to us abt applying to unis n stuff... sigh. to think tt one yr ago, we were in the same position as them lor... for all tt i've gone thru, i can say tt i would never want to go thru anything like tt again in my life!! tho the lead-up to the As really passed too quickly for me to rem much... in fact, i seem to recall the bus-rides home more clearly than anything else... hmm. wonder why.
anyway had a field day taking photos wif our digicams!! luv the way we can see the photos immediately... then can retake if not nice!! haha guess some pple got a little impatient wif us tho... oops. but anw, i've already uploaded them onto my yahoo album... juz tt i dun want to make it public leh... how ah?! still cant get used to the openness of the WORLD WIDE WEB. w is kinda contradictory since i'm having a blog i guess... haiyah shall think of a solution another time...
oh ya, for the benefit of anyone who's reading dis n din go wif us today, i must tell u... there's this restaurant at serene center tt's really cool!! it's called black canyon... the all u can eat meal is like SOO worth it cos u can order a few million dishes for 14+ bucks. plus u can sit there fr lunch until 9.30pm... not tt we did tt hor. not so giam siap(?)! heh. some of the dishes tasted the same after a while tho, but the cashew nut chicken is j-u-s-t delicious. or if u r on a budget can go order the v cheap student meal cos they dun check for ur ids... n sponge off other pple who get the 'buffet' thing. oh dear. shudn't say i'm not giam siap hor... =p anw too bad i only discovered it today... *bad memories of ke ai ji flashes back*
well well. then we went to kino, a trip w reinforced my un-intellectuality (IS there such word?) cos pau ns n xm held discussions at the sociology/classics/other cheem sections while tze n i were at the *ahem*... u noe... the OTHER sections... haha. w reminds me of another thing (totally unrelated i assure u). juz realised tt i'll not be able to read 8 days anymore in 2 weeks time!!! sobz. tho it's getting more crappy nowadays, it's a habit tt i cant break lor... n it provides entertaining but stupid statements like "water plants can bring academic success". or "kamsa-hamida is the new arigato"... n apparently the 8 days "style" (can picture xm sneering already) has left its mark on the way i talk... argh why am i writing abt this now?? better stop b4 i reveal more silly things...
