thank god for the phone =)
talking to old friends really gives you a warm fuzzy feeling... nothing beats being able to gush/bitch/whine abt the same things wif another girl!!! wish it was the good ol' days back in singapore all over again... esp the 9 mths of inactivity after As... even simple things like walking ard j8... going to nearly every single vcd shop to check out the newest drama serials (tho i invariably pick up the same show everytime)... reading 8 days on the mrt together.... looking for good cheap buys at sales... AHHHH!!!
im really glad some things havent changed... ^^ back in humanz i always thot that it would haf been more fun if we had a more balanced gender ratio (sorry henry).. but being ard guys so much here (by default) i realize how much i miss having some good gal company at times!! i mean, we can be more petty, sensitive, bitchy and all... but still... we rulez man!! haha

watched american beauty tt day finally - great movie!!
one thing tt really struck me was when the mum told her daughter that one should never depend on other people. i thought it was such a poignant moment... wouldnt like to think of myself as turning into some bitter cynic, but it seems like that really is the way life is sometimes.
on a brighter note, i had a good time over the weekend and hereby resolve to keep it that way!! =)
