hmm read sb's blog and you gan er fa... although i will readily admit tt girls are the 'weaker' sex, i hate to think tt we should use tt as an excuse to make use of guys, or to expect them to give in to us every time. just as how girls want guys to help out at home with the chores, clean up and stuff, things should go both ways as well. guess i'm being rather hypocritical here, i confess tt i AM guilty of the aforementioned sometimes, but yah, i'm glad most guys i know are generally tolerant enuff. back in humanz, i din really notice much abt this cos girls were always the majority but being in the minority now, i realize tt being a girl does have its advantages (being a chio girl will be even better but one can't have everything in life!) =p perhaps a few years down the road when i'm trying desperately to climb the corporate ladder and/or stuck with housework i will be eating my own words, but for now... "tgif" ^^

long overdue update abt my florida trip: pretty good fun, though i've had enough of theme parks for a while... there is only so much i can take of the manufactured cutesyness n in-your-face consumerism. (ooh what an irony considering how i'm quite the shopaholic) =p oh n it was the first time i stayed in a villa... which just means 2 ensuite rooms with kitchen, dining area, living room and even jacuzzi - pity we nv got to use it. but nice! haha can't believe we spent 25 bucks to get to daytona beach and ended up watching 50 First Dates there instead... why? cos the freaking weather was just too cold!! coming from wintry ithaca you have to trust me, it was really soooo windy tt day. of cos, the fact tt we were in t-shirt and shorts might haf had s/t to do with it (what else could we wear to the beach?!). heh lucky i brought along a windbreaker though... oh n dun get me started on our journey back. first, our plane got struck by lightning so the flight was cancelled, then our nx flight got delayed for like 3 hours.... and my friends lost their luggage for the SECOND time (first was when we arrived in florida). oh the hassles of domestic flights.
aiyoh i've kaobeh-ed quite a lot hor... haha i noe wat ns is thinking so i won't get started on how LONG the queues were at the theme parks! but it's not all tt bad, like winson said, we had more fun queuing up than going for the ride itself sometimes. and i'm really pleased with the red shoes tt i found AT LAST!! finally!! and of cos, anything beats going for classes in the mornings....... so now tt i'm back at cornell.....
sigh. spring break's over. just hope the springish weather is here to stay!
