xy said there's a new blogger format so im here to check it out! hmm i like the old one better, this one seems too... kiddish?? i prefer smaller fonts.
anyway, hai im really gek now cos i lost my student id!!! dun really wanna go into details abt how (ok since i dunno either) but suffice to say that i foresee an expensive and administratively complex time in day hall (i hope i'm wrong). and meanwhile, keep your fingers crossed that some kind soul will return it!
it's study break now - read: no classes, spend your time in the dorm studying. sigh. so sian!! at least the weather is pretty good and i think i can safely say that spring has finally finally plonked itself down in ithaca, here to stay. trust xm to put a cynical touch to it tho. heh u won't mind me quoting rite, i cant resist putting down such a touching piece of writing here =p: When eliot says "april is the cruellest month" i finally understand why...life pushing forth from the dry, hardened twigs of deathly winter in tender buds. There's some almost painful in that, yet so so so so impossibly beautiful in the fresh growth, the re-emergence of life. Rebirth, renewal...all around, all freshly ground and earthy-smelling.. gosh. how could i forget...?!
hmz well can't believe this semester is screeching to a halt liao... (haha forgive my awful analogies) 12 more days to home!!!!!
